In je lichaam verandert er veel : op hormonaal, emotioneel, mentaal en fysiek gebied. Tijdens een zwangerschap mag je heel bewust met je lichaam omgaan om die veranderingen te omarmen en&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">goed voor jezelf zorgen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;\">Zwangerschapsyoga brengt rust en ontspanning, in je geest en in je lichaam. Het maakt je bewuster van je lichaam, laat je naar je gevoel luisteren en brengt je dichter bij jezelf en je kindje. Een goede conditie van zowel lichaam als geest vormt de beste voorbereiding op de bevalling en de tijd erna. Tijdens de lessen leer je houdingen, ademhalingstechnieken, bewegingen en transities die je tijdens je zwangerschap en bevalling kunt inzetten. We werken op een zachte manier aan het vergroten van je uithoudingsvermogen, versterken diverse spiergroepen en cre\u00ebren ruimte in heupen en bekkengebied. Soepelheid en zachtheid in het lichaam draagt bij aan een fijne zwangerschap. De houdingen en oefeningen zijn veilig en kunnen bekkenklachten helpen voorkomen en\/of verlichten. Bewustwording van de adem en loslaten van spierspanning is een belangrijk onderdeel van de lessen. Ik ging mijn bevalling vol vertrouwen en positiviteit tegemoet. Geen garantie, maar het was een prachtige ervaring. Aan het begin van de les wordt altijd gevraagd hoe iedereen er bij zit en of er bepaalde klachten zijn. De yogales kan hierop worden aangepast en je ontvangt persoonlijke tips. Daarnaast geeft ze veel oefeningen en houdingen voor als je klachten hebt tijdens de zwangerschap. Tot slot is het gewoon heel fijn om even een moment in de week te hebben dat je bewust met je babybezig bent, zonder afleiding van andere zaken.
